Shannon Fisher, Senior Consultant at ENS Recruitment, chose to complete the Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship with us, to further her career by expanding her knowledge in leading a team.
“I have enjoyed developing existing skills and learning new ones” she said, “they were interactive and very informative.”
Shannon felt she also had the benefit of putting those new skills into practice, which helped build her confidence to effectively manage her team.
Shannon’s experience with Heart of England Training

When asked what advice she would give to someone who is considering an apprenticeship, Shannon said; “use it as a stepping stone for your career.”
“It is hard work but rewarding and beneficial, enabling you to further your knowledge, skills and confidence within your workplace.”
