In association with the Ladder Apprenticeship Foundation, Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce Training, Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership and Coventry, Warwickshire Careers Hubs and leading news brand CoventryLive the Ladder partnership is spearheading the drive to increase the take-up of apprenticeships across the area.
It is bringing together employers with apprentices of all ages seeking to kick start their careers and gain new skills and knowledge.
The Ladder for Coventry & Warwickshire offers a collaborative, joined-up approach to improving skills and enrichment opportunities for all, particularly for the young and disadvantaged. We link up employers, training providers and candidates to give all the best chance of success in upskilling and employment.

It is the latest campaign to run under the ‘Ladder’ umbrella which was started in London in 2012 and has since seen similar successful apprenticeship campaigns across the wider West Midlands, with Coventry and Warwickshire next in line.
